I AM NEUTRAL. THE TILE WORK IS OKAY. THE PROBLEM IS THE UNDERLYING FLOOR, WHICH IS THE BUILDER'S FAULT. I TOLD MY BUILDER, AND HE SENT SOMEBODY OVER TO FIX THE PROBLEM. IT WAS TIMELY.
