Max Pickering tore down walls and was completely incompetent at re-building any thing he promised me he was going to do to make my home livable.

Max had done work for a friend in a similar situation and came highly recommended. I called and he came in 2 days to perform an estimate. He gave me several scenarios depending on how extensive the damage was once he got in there. We scheduled the work for the following week and when I need to change that it was not a problem. He arrived at 930-10 am and removed the carpet and plywood. Then headed out for supplies and lunch. . . he even asked if i needed anything while he was out. . . .AND he noticed my doorknob was loose and tightened that right up too! The whole job was done by 5. He cleaned up and cut the debris to small enough pieces that I could fit in my garbage can. The whole job came in under what the estimate was. Max was extremely professional, prompt, and courteous. Best of all I woke up today with no cat smell.
