I recently had the unfortunate experience of having my grandfather's piano completely destroyed during shipping. The piano holds immense sentimental value to our family, so I was devastated and didn't know where to begin with repairs. That's when I reached out to Mark at Pianoworks. Mark personally came to our home to inspect the damage. Despite the seemingly hopeless state of the piano, he gave me a glimmer of hope. He arranged for the piano to be picked up the same day and assured me that they would do their best to restore it. True to his word, the piano was returned to us yesterday, and I am utterly amazed at the transformation. The craftsmanship and attention to detail that Mark and his team have put into restoring the piano are astounding. They even found a matching pedal and managed to preserve the original Wurlitzer logos, which was beyond my expectations. The piano now looks and sounds as beautiful as I remember it from my childhood. I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible work done by Mark and his team at Pianoworks. They have not only restored a piano but have also preserved a piece of our family's history. I highly recommend Pianoworks to anyone in need of piano restoration. Mark happened to be in the neighborhood tuning a friend's piano. He had some extra time so he was able to come tune our Baldwin grand piano which hadn't been tuned in many years. He did a great job and was very meticulous and careful with the piano which is a family heirloom. I will be calling him regularly to keep my piano in tune. In addition, he explained how he would clean inside the piano which has gathered quite a bit of dust over the years. We will definitely be doing that service next time we have him here for tuning.

MARK BOSE, THE OWNER TUNES OUR PIANO. HE HAS DONE THIS FOR 6 YEARS AT LEAST TWICE A YEAR. MY DAUGHTER IS STUDYING TO BE A CONCERT PIANIST. HE TAKES VERY GOOD CARE OF OUR PIANO. HE IS PROMPT, ALWAYS CALLS THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT AND IS VERY COURTEOUS.
