Delightful experience! Molly and Ken were extremely helpful and hospitable. They arranged shipping for all my iron work and everything came in before expected!

I went to an estate sale, looking for a washer and dryer. I bought several little things from Ken but the big ticket item was a stackable washer/dryer and I didn't realize it was European so the plugs didn't work. I also bought a regular dryer that needed a new plug/adapter to even work. I paid $535 on my credit card. When I went to pick it up, I was told I owed them more cash which wasn't the case. I gave him the cash and got the equipment. I also bought a freezer which had the electrical cord cut off so there was no plug. I had to go to a hardware store several times to get an adapter for the dryer. The other two pieces are worthless because they're from Europe and I need an electrician to take care of that. I tried to get my money back and he told me "You can have your lawyer call my lawyer." I've left numerous messages with them with no response. He blatantly lied to me about the price. He was arrogant and rude to me over the phone. I'm going to the bank to fill out a fraud report, among other things.

I was in the process of buying a home and was scraping together the money necessary to close.  Mr. Dittman was kind enough to take a look at and appraise two US gold coins that I had been given several years ago.  He took the time to explain to me what they were and gave me the current value of each coin, and, understanding that I needed to actualize the highest amount for each, suggested the best forum in which to sell them.
