She does a great job and she's a great property manager. We've been dealing with her for years. She took over for an absolutely horrible management company. She lives in the same subdivision my house is in, so she keeps a close eye on the property. She's responsive and manages everything very well. If there's a problem she takes care of it. If I use a person off of Angie's List she takes care of whatever they do. I've never heard anything negative back about the people, so I assume all went well. She has to find a renter and she takes half of the first month rent which is part of her fee. She gets 10% of whatever you get for the rent after that. She's always fair and honest. I have nothing negative say about Kathy at all. Whenever I've met with her she's always been on time.
