Heather (since moved out of state) contacted me promptly and came out shortly after. She helped me select fabrics and did the measurements. A couple of days later an installer came out to measure for the valences. It took 8 weeks for the curtains to be made. Two installers came out and installed the curtains and did a nice job. Unfortunately, one of the dining room curtains was 20 inches to long (an apparent transposition of 2 digits in the measurement). The order that Heather prepared was correct, as was the order entered in the computer. Somewhere in the manufacturing process the number got confused. I was somewhat irritated since the measurement on the package was in 6 inch letters. Someone should have checked before they came out. Six weeks later the corrected panel came and was installed. I really like the curtains but lower their score because of the time and the, to me, error which should have been easily caught.

J C PENNY'S DID A GOOD JOB. THE INTERIOR DECORATOR WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AS WELL AS THE INSTALLER. HE ALSO WORKED VERY FAST AND FINISHED THE JOB WITHIN AN HOUR.
