What an awesome experience. I called today and spoke to the owner. He was able to send somebody out today. The plumber was great, not good with names but I think it was Will. The faucet was replaced quickly. We had gotten a quote earlier this week from another company who quoted $407. Hancock plumbing did if for $155. They charge by the hour not the job which is the way to go. I will be recommending them to everybody I know.

He is thorough. You deal with the owner. They do a good job. He did what he said he is going to do and when he is going to do it and at the price he said he will do it.

George from Hancock Plumbing showed up to unclog some french drains that were in the yard. He spent a good couple of hours working to unclog these drains that were clogged with roots and debris. He got the drains working again.
Several days later we called back to Hancock Plumbing and spoke to Phil Hancock the owner to address replacing the hot water line leading into the hot water tank and replacing the main shut off water valve to house. George arrived on time and completed the job in a very timely manner.

They're punctual. They re-plumbed the whole house 12 or 15 years ago. It never ran a leak.
