DO NOT hire this company! I couldn't give them zero stars and still share my experience. In September 2024, after calling all 3 references that Joseph gave me, which were stellar, I Initially gave them a $2500 deposit to make custom countertops and reface my existing kitchen cupboards. When they came to make a template of my countertops, we discussed reskinning the cabinet faces instead of just adding new doors, so I gave them another $640 for materials. After 3 months of a myriad of lame excuses why they couldn't come do the job, we finally scheduled them to come the day after Christmas. They didn't show up nor are they returning any of my calls or texts. I?ve contacted the State's Attorney General, the Fed Dept of Agriculture & Consumer Svcs, the Lake County Sheriff's Office and my credit card company to dispute the charges. They're con artists and I will post this review on every website I can think of to try to get not only financial satisfaction but also retribution.
