Description of Work: Bathroom remodeled and several "projects" to ready the house to be a rental! Eric is an honest and is very professional! Highly recommended but he is a busy guy!

+ 1 moreHe has a lot of things going on so it was not a fast job. However, we were in no hurry, and he worked us in between other projects. We are happy with the quality of all his work and would recommend Gemini if you are not in a rush.
Description of Work: Remodeled two bathrooms, tiled/re-tiled a porch, foyer, and fireplace hearth. Bathrooms included one bathtub and one shower stall.

+ -1 moreEric is a busy man and it took several weeks to schedule him to do the work. He did an excellent job, we are so happy. The difference is amazing, you would never know where he had to mud and tape, the finish is beautiful. Our ceiling also needs to be done due to the fact the previous owner used insulation as the ceiling between the beams. Unfortunately Eric is not available for several months in order to complete the job. Let me add, it will be worth the wait for the exceptional job we know he will do.
Description of Work: Eric pulled off all of the paneling and installed insulation and drywall on all family room walls including behind the bookcases and above the mantle.

Description of Work: I am reviewing because this guy was very courteous. However, I was not able to use him at all because he is soo ridiculously busy and he was honest enough to come out look at the work to be done and told me he would not be able to get to it til after the 1st of the 1st of the year. That's how much work he had. To me that tells me that this guy must be pretty outstanding.

+ 1 moreIt went great, I was putting this house up for sale and it had been a rental of mine for 15 years and had never been updated. I had used Eric many times before, he is a very hard worker, very very neat (I was always use to cleaning up after my help) I now consider him my handyman for all my rentals.
Description of Work: Remodeled kitchen, cabinets, counter, tile back splash, plumbing, Remolded 2 bathrooms completely, laminate floors in 2 bedrooms, demo drop ceiling in kitchen, and dry walled. Rebuilt closet and hung doors, installed porch screens, installed all new windows. Installed wood blinds, vertical blinds. Installed shower diverter and fixtures. Re-tiled master shower tile, re-tiled master floor tile. Installed wood fence in back yard.
