Worst experience ever after being on hold for 10 minutes made an appointment to get a battery replacement. They made me an appointment got my phone information. I drove all the way there to be told by a rude man that they had no battery replacement for my phone, it would have to be ordered.

When they came out, they knew what they were doing & did great work. My only complaint I have with them is they keep you waiting on the phone sometimes for around 20 minutes but I still think they did a great job & I would use them again.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT. THEY RESPONDED VERY FAST TO MY CALL. I HAD TO TAKE IT IN, AND THEY DID REPAIR THE COMPUTER. I THOUGHT THAT IT WAS WAY TOO PRICEY. THEY TOOK TOO LONG. IT TOOK TWO WEEKS.
