They came in, they showed me a gel and how to use it to treat the gnat problem.  I purchased the year-long pest control service, under the assumption they could come out and treat other pests for free.We had a roach problem over summer, they came out and treated it and said to call back in two weeks if the pests aren't gone.  Two weeks later, I called back, and the tech resprayed.  He left before I had the chance to speak to him, and I didn't have opportunity to address a moth situation.  I spoke with someone over the phone, who turned out to be the owner, to have him come back out for the moth problem and she informed me that they don't cover flying insects.  The initial pest they came to treat was a flying insect and there was nothing in the contract about excluding flying insects.  The owner assured me I must've been told this at the time the first tech came out, because the tech was her son.  The only resolution they could come up with was refund $100 and not continue service.

It was great. They were very accomodating.

We have used them for several years and they are excellent. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They are always on time and they always do a great job, and even like when we are having issues they are quick to respond and take care of that. Their price is good, I think they are more than competitive. They have never been late. They are always really good about calling and scheduling appointments, and then making it. They are a family owned business and they have been around for a long time. They are very talented.

They do very well. They are very professional and they show up on time.

For $800 you get treated and it is supposed to last for five years. If you get more termites they will come out and treat it. They are very persistent and they call me when things are due.

I'm pleased with the service. I have no complaints.

They are very responsive and punctual. If I call them and tell them I saw termite activity they will come the next day and treat the problem. They do a good job. I have not seen any termites, and they give you one on one attention.

They were on time. I was having them out for carpenter ant treatment originally, and the young man encountered some termites and showed me where they were coming from. They did a good job. So far everything is perfect, but I won't know if the treatment has been effective for 60 days.

EVERYTHING WENT PRETTY WELL. WE HAD ONE LITTLE PROBLEM COME UP, AND THEY CAME OUT AND TOOK CARE OF IT. WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY MAJOR PROBLEMS WITH PESTS. THE TREATMENT DID WHAT WAS EXPECTED.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THAT'S WHY I KEEP USING THEM. I'VE BEEN USING THEM FOR THE PAST TEN YEARS. THEY'RE VERY COMPETITIVE WITH OTHER PEOPLE WHO DO THE SAME JOB.

I REALLY NEVER EVER SEE THE PEOPLE. THIS COMPANY WAS BOUGHT OUT, AND I WOULD REALLY RATHER HAVE THE ORIGINAL. THEY WERE COMING OUT EVERY MONTH. THIS ONE COMES EVERY OTHER MONTH FOR THE SAME PRICE.

THE PEOPLE THAT WORK FOR THEM ARE PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE, AND THE PUNCTUALITY IS A LITTLE BIT TO BE DESIRED BECAUSE THEY WOULD SAY THEY WOULD BE THERE BY 11 AND WOULDN'T SHOW UP UNTIL 2. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, AND I'VE RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY TO MY NEIGHBORS.
