It went extremely well. Facemeyer is a family run company and everyone we dealt with from the Office staff to the owners to the installers were great. They were prompt, professional, listened to our needs and offered their professional recommendations. They followed up to make sure we had no further questions or concerns as well. The installers were also prompt, very courteous and were hard workers. One of the installers especially was very conscious, always explained what he was going to do and the reason he was doing it, would touch base with us after it was done to make sure we were satisfied and always cleaned up afterwards. When there was a delay in the delivery date of the second unit the Facemeyer staff kept us abreast of when it would arrive. After the work was completed the County inspection was scheduled and passed with no issues found. Facemeyer also registered our units with Trane and completed our gas company's rebates for us. Both new units are working great. We could not have been more pleased with the service we received and we will definitely have them do HVAC work for us again.

Every interaction with Facemyer was professional, courteous, and punctual, from the initial contact requesting a quote (Rodney Jr.), the response to follow-on questions, to the in-home evaluation, and finally with the install. The install was performed by a 3-person team (Tyler, Greg, and Tim), who were polite, skilled, and who took pride in their workmanship. They took the time to do things right, including the small details. We are very happy with the quality of the equipment, the quality of the installation, and the customer service provided by Facemyer. We highly recommend Facemyer.

It’s been excellent. They’re great. It was less than $2,000, I am not certain. They were prompt, very courteous. I like dealing with them, but as always, the worst part is it is a little more than you might expect for a repair to be, but it’s mechanical. I didn’t get estimates, I just used the guy, because he’s my guy. If I was in his area, I would use him again, but I sold the house. I am moving out of his area.

Greg and Ben arrived right on time and not even 5 minutes behind Rod (the company owner) to start the install of the new a/c unit system. They are extremely personable individuals, very courteous and willing to answer/explain any questions you might have. They are fast workers, very neat with the work they perform. The entire install took less than a day, they checked that everything was up and running properly before leaving, repeatedly reminded us if we had any questions or concerns that they would be happy to clear up any confusion. They were very patient in explaining the use of the new system, went over the warranty paperwork and made sure we were happy with everything they completed before they left. They even cleaned/swept the tile floor for us.
It was a nice surprise to find the owner of Facemyer at our door to check on our project and be sure we were happy with the work being completed.

lRod Farris seemed to know right away what the problem was and why the problem existed. Within a very short time, the existing Igniter was replaced by him as well as the controlling circuit board. Everything was completely back to normal. Thank you Rod and thank you Facemyer A/C and Heating.

When James arrived (slightly early) the fan was functioning properly. Undeterred, he proceeded to logically and professionally isolate the problem; not at all getting frustrated in the process. He absolutely did not wish to allow us to go through a hot weekend without A/C operation and spent the time required to do the job properly. I am a retired electronics engineer and have worked with lab technicians all my career. James rates up there with the best of them in knowing his product and being able to find a malfunctioning part even if it is intermittent in operation. In this case, the Control board, being slightly charred from overheating, was found to be the problem. Going out of his way to obtain a replacement board in a very short time, James got the A/C back in perfect operation before the afternoon was half gone. The Facemyer team consistently operates like this. I have never yet been disappointed in them or their performance. We are very fortunate to have been introduced to this company and highly recommend them to you for your A/C needs. You will never be disappointed either. This work was taken care of under the associated A/C warranty.

First off, where do I start - this customer was WOWed!
I was extremely surprised and satisfied with the service I received from the sales process through the installation of my new AC unit. Jason was my sales rep, he was timely, professional, and explained all the options to me which gave me peace of mind .
Based the other quotes I received from other AC service, Facemyers wasn't the least expensive and quot;investmentand quot;; however, I felt at ease with the sales approach vs someone telling me what to buy. I basically had several options to choose from with Facemyer.
I also had the option when the installation crew would come in once the paperwork for financing was determined. The financing was a big plus due to the 0% rate for 60 months.
The installation crew basically continued on the same positive foot - timely, professional, clean, explained what they were doing (and didn't mind my questions), and explained how my new system works. My new unit looks extremely nice and neat compared to my older system.
Overall, I am extremely happy and I would suggest Facemyer to anyone I know. Facemyer and all their reps went above and beyond my expectations.

The service guy came out and preformed the maintenance however after he left I noticed my system was making a strange noise. I called them after hours and another service guy came out the next day and found a loose wire. He repaired it without a charge. With the exception of this little glitch and being a bit pricy their overall service was great.

?Totally unsatisfied that they over charged on a small labor only item, and totaly rude and unprofessional not to return my call.If I was a new customer it is bad, but a regular customer just plan wrong. Will not be used again by me.

We certainly strive to be the best in the business as far a customer service and satisfaction is concerned. Now as far as the invoice you have concerns about, it seems like there is a little discrepancy by what is being stated here. The total services charged is roughly half of what has been stated. When we install customer owned thermostats such as the one you had installed, there are many settings we must go through as well as checking the operation. We strive to be competitively priced for all of our services, but at the same time we need to make sure we will be here for many years to come to maintain our high quality level of service. If there is anything we can possibly do to earn your business back please let us know and I will most certainly do anything in my power to give you the best experience possible."

The fan on one of two 20 yr old AC units would stop periodically resulting in the breaker tripping. Checked the breakers and they were fine. Called Facemyer A/C and Heating and a very nice repairman showed up the very next day. Very prompt, very friendly. I told him the fan worked periodically. He didn't quite know what could be causing the problem, but he changed out some old broken down wiring. The fan went on and we called it good. After he left (2 hours) the fan stopped once again. He came back the next day and declared that I need a new fan motor ( he did not charge me for the visit). I bought the recommended motor and installed it per his instruction. It worked for a while and then was stopping again. Facemyer sent a different repairman. He saw what he thought was a strange wiring configuration, reconnected the wiring in a different way and the unit worked. He left (no charge) and the unit stopped working. I had had enough, took the other unit apart, saw how it was wired (by-passing a small junction of some sort) and rewired the broken unit to match the other one. Have had no problem since.I had mentioned the idea of looking at the other unit to both repairmen, but it was never implemented. So I paid $166 for the "repairs" and $110 for the new fan motor I didn't need.

"On June 16, 2011, a diagnostic and wire repair was performed, though system replacement was recommended due to age and condition. Per the member's request, a repair to the deteriorated wiring was performed. We returned on June 17, 2011; found the fan motor was running backwards when the unit was off due to the shorted wiring from the previous day, damaging the motor windings and again recommended that the client replace his motor. The client declined the repair. Eleven days later, on June 28, 2011, we returned to find that the fan motor was wired wrong and our technician was led to believe that we had installed a new motor and proceeded to make a wire repair due to the motor being wired incorrectly. The client should have been charged for another diagnostic and wire repair. We did not install this motor. There have been no charges for a motor. We have no control over the work performed by others. All of Facemyer AC repairs are guaranteed for one year parts and labor."
