It went up pretty fast as it was only two sides and a roof. The concrete walkway took the longest time to do.

Company had the best price out of 5 estimates we received. The other estimates were around the same price, but did not include the concrete slab or electric work. We would have had to get estimates on those separately from them. The bldg inspector rejected the slab before it was poured because of no vapor shield. This was corrected. The slab was done very well. The room was built well and is complete with the exception of a spot has to be cut for a window a/c. I have to buy the a/c unit before they can cut it. They are not in stock this time of year. The company owner is very nice and said he would come out to inspect the room. Which he did once already because of a problem tree that was in the way. The electrician who did the work advised me to get a dedicated outlet for the a/c, which I did. Cost $150. Overall, the room looks good and attractive. No major problems except for a tree. County bldg inspector approved all aspects of the room.

For the size of the job, they sent in 1 person. This was at least a 2 person job and the shoddy workmanship proves it. The enclosure looks great, but the ceiling fan panels we paid extra for were installed in the incorrect places. They attempted to fix the problem by installing some additional metal on top of the enclosure, but the electrician wont touch it as it is unsafe. We have ongoing leakage problems. We have had their workers come out and try to fix the leaks where their sections were installed to the soffit. It still leaks. Now, the joints between the panels are starting to leak and RUST! We have been told that our roof is leaking, but there isn't damage in the attic and that doesn't explain all the leaks. We had the owner of the company out to take a look. We requested a water test. He refused. He caulked a few things, and said that if the leaking got worse, it was the roof. Again, this does not explain all the leaks. Now they refuse to even take our calls or come out.

THEY WERE DEPENDABLE AND THOROUGH. ALL THE INSPECTIONS WERE ON TIME, AND DID NOT NEED TO BE REPEATED. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, AND THE END PRODUCT WAS SUPERB.
