Very dissatisfied with this company had sump pump problems . January 30 2023 exact plumbing installed sump pump it have not worked properly since. Been trying to get them to come fix it the person name JASON has been incompetent and very disrespectful to me and my home problems

Agreement was to run new plumbing around outside of house, instead company went through ceiling and cut every 5 to 10 feet, no drywall was finished only rough finish. Plumber sweated on new shower valve, left for the day and did not check for hotspot, wall caught fire. Company did not repair damage as requested and promised. Outside, back wall was block broken to access new plumbing, repair is with quick patch concrete and looks very bad. Ended up calling insurance company.

He was on time, but the price was out of this world. My stepson called the company owner and he said the person was here 2 hours and his time was $95 an hour. He said he was going to send me $50 back, but hasn't as of yet.

THEY HAVE A GOOD RESPONSE TIME, BUT THEY'RE EXPENSIVE. WE DIDN'T WANT TO PAY THE HIGH PRICE THAT THEY WOULD HAVE CHARGED US, SO WE USED STEWART FRENCH TO FINISH THE JOB. HE'S A LOCAL GENEVA GUY.
