My experience with them was excellent. They were incredible and very professional. They were here at exactly the time that they said they were going to show up. They left within minutes of the time they said they were going to finish. Their price was very reasonable.

The installation was done professionally from start to finish. The sales approach was light with no pressure and the installation personnel showed up on time, did a quality job and cleaned up when they left. Really Great Job! On another note, I have to share a story from a Father's perspective that could have been a bad one. One of my sons was sitting at the kitchen table on a raised chair leaning back. Well, the feet went out from under him and he fell backwards into the kitchen window. My wife was at the store and got a frantic call from home stating that my son had put his head through the window. My wife rushed home to find that my son was not hurt at all. The window film had absorbed all of the impact. So much so that there was a head impression in the glass on the inside and the glass had blown 15 feet into the pool area on the outside. WOW, it was totally unreal to see and think about what could have happened. This was a nice side benefit of the film, I am a true believer.

Wanted a lower cost way than replacing our windows to improve energy efficiency and security (both from break ins and hurricanes) on our single pane windows. We settled on 3M Prestige film (http://www.3m.com/us/arch_construct/scpd/prestige/residential.html) as an authorized dealer from that site. Based on the product selection we did not do competitive bids (so I entered NA on the price rating). The estimate involved measurements of all our windows and doors (we ended up only doing the windows), and went well. The estimator was on time, friendly, and professional. I was given several options for installation dates, and they were on time. The lead (primary) installer was *very* good and handled most of our windows quickly with few (if any) bubbles. He also handled our largest living room windows. Two helpers that arrived later handled two windows and the divided light windows on the front door. Each of these windows had bubbles (some have still not gone away) and they ended up having to take apart the front door windows including some stripping of screw heads on the trim and touch up of the door paint. I would have preferred their lead installer do the full job (and true to the lead's word most, but not all, the bubbles from the other installers have gone away; of course, the leads windows had none to start with). In the end I am happy with the job at about 1/3 the cost of new windows or hurricane treatments (and as promised we have seen our power bill come down). All should know when making a decision between the 50 and 70 weight film that while there may not be a large visible difference between the two from the *inside* light wise, the film can look like you have tinted windows from the outside. If you have interior mullions, these may not be visible from the outside like you expect (i.e. it will look from the outside like you have dark tinted windows and no mullions). That was a little unexpected given how clear things are inside.

They did a beautiful job on the installation. This guy convinced us on how we could save some money, which we really appreciated. He helped us decide what tint to use and spent 4 hours with us talking things through. They are a little expensive but provide high quality work.

Dean is very conscientious and will provide you with good advice on how to preserve your home, health and furniture just by tinting your windows. His work is great and he will follow up to ensure the quality of his service. I am glad to be able to recommend him to everyone in Florida.
