Called the company Monday morning. They had another job going for most of the day, but could make it out by around 3 or 4 pm. Showed up a little after 3 (I think), and had the pane replaced within 45 minutes. Very quick and professional. Even pointed out that I could save some money by bringing the door or window frames to the shop, rather than the house call.

THEY DO REALLY GOOD WORK. THE ONLY REASON I HAD THE B'S ON THERE FOR SEVERAL THINGS IS BECAUSE THEY ARE A LARGE COMPANY, AND THEY DO A TREMENDOUS AMOUNT OF CONSTRUCTION WORK. THEY ARE ABLE TO WORK IN A HOME FAIRLY HANDILY. IT MAY NOT BE THE NEXT DAY, BUT THEY DO GET TO YOU AND PERFORM A GOOD JOB.
