We were recommended highly by family to use Del-Air, we paid for a service call, when the technician arrived, my Fiancé was there, and she explained to him about what was happening with the unit, after assessing the unit and supposably doing a thorough inspection. she was told to get the repairs needed to fix the problem it would cost between $6K and upward, the tech than said it would be better to replace the unit because of the age and the parts that are needed to get it running efficiently. She proceeded to call me at work with the estimated amount of a brand-new unit. Mind you we live in a residential home approximately 1300 square feet. His estimate for the best unit that was covered for 12 years was $25k I about fell over; I just had my HVAC system put in at my job and it was less than that. Needless to say, we opted to definitely use someone else. later that night we had a family member come over and within 20 minutes he was able to diagnose the issue it was a clogged drain.

had them install a new unit at my parent's house 1yr. 3mo. ago and the unit stopped blowing cold air. del-air are trying to charge me $1500 for labor to replace a faulty part in the unit under manufacturer warranty. sounds like they are charging me for the part and labor. $1500 dollars, that's a quarter of what I paid for the unit and installation. This is not rite.

The air conditioning works fine. No problems. They were prompt, fast, cleaned up after themselves and they did a great job. The price was fair.

Really getting tired of the horrible service by Del-Air. My unit is 3 years old and it already has gone down twice in the past year. I feel like I was suckered into the warranty that doesn't give me any benefit. My unit went down last week and it took me 4 hours to get it back up because the drainage system backed up and triggered the shutoff valve. I try to scheduled maintenance and they said they couldn't get me in until early August! After complaining, they scheduled me for this week and then tried to get me to buy a $180 maintenance package. Then said, if I don't have this package, I could get bumped from my scheduled time!!!!! Are you kidding me????????? To top it off, they won't give me ANY window of arrival. Ok, let me just take the entire day off and hope that you show up. Well, they showed up late afternoon, then proceed to sit in his car for 15 minutes while I'm standing in the garage waiting for him. In no obvious hurry, he starts to do his job until it starts to rain so he retreats to his truck. Then says he can't finish in this weather so they will scheduled me another day. I just laughed at this point. By they way, the rain stopped 10 minutes after he left. What else can you do but write a review to tell everyone to keep away from this company. Good luck if you have them!

It was installed within the day. Very competitive. They did everything they said.

John couldn't be bothered to return my call or email a quote after brimming with confidence about what a good price he could do. It is a shame that this company is too busy for potential new customers.

They are friendly, knowledgeable, punctual and professional. They answered all of the questions I had. I would use them again and recommend their service.

They come out once a year. They have enough staff to send someone out the day of. We have not looked at changing.
