Sunroom and Patio Service
We decided to go with this contractor because he SEEMED knowledgeable. Things were done differently (cheaper) than we had been told they would be. But hey, it wasn't in writing, so what's the problem, right? The concrete pour slopes toward the house. The sliding "door" isn't a door at all, but a window. The entire structure has failed inspection and the contractor's "solutions" to make it right are ridiculous. But he doesn't care how ridiculous they are as long as he can do something to cover his butt. If he had submitted the proper plans in the first place a permit would not have been issued as the whole room being where it is is a violation.
