My wife seems to be pretty happy with them. They're very responsive...we had an accident that had to be cleaned up and they were very prompt. The quality of their work is good.

I was very pleased with how my carpets looked after they were done. My carpets looked almost brand new again and they are actually about 10 years old. The guys that did the work were very professional and really took time to explain how the cleaning process went.
