They are a pleasure to visit and never condescend but rather inform. Their prices are very reasonable. They never go beyond the estimates. They are also very kind and helpful. The price I'm putting in here is for both vehicles over a couple years.

Finally! ... sensible, trustworthy, adult business behaviour from an auto repair shop!  Ever wanted a "personal" auto mechanic?? This is probably the place!
Chang's Car Care was a refreshing experience.  I towed our 2001 Mazda Millenia to them because it would not start. It's our clunker, but we value it as it has been a great second car.  They did a great job of repairing the Mazda, and I know that I can trust them to do the same in the future. 
Their fees were very reasonable! 
They were very knowledgeable and downright passionate about their services and their business.  From everything I saw on Angies, Chang's is 100% referenceable!
I'm going to start taking my new VW Jetta TDI to them, too, for regular service.  Now that the dealer is no longer including service on my VW for free, and started charging over $280 for routine oil and filter changes, I'm dumping 'em and going to Chang's Car Care.  It will cost less and I know that Chang's can be trusted with my new car!

They analyzed the car problems, identified the root-cause and called me with an update of the work that they recommended have performed. I approved their recommendations, and they ordered the parts. They called me to ask if they could keep car overnight, so that they could test drive vehicle and confirm that everything is working properly, and I approved.

I have been going to Chang's Car Care for years. They are not the least expensive, but they are honest, reliable and ACE certified, so they guarantee their work. They tell it to you straight, and I always feel like I've received an honest assessment of any car care concerns. I ALWAYS recommend people to check with them for any car repair needs, and I will go back to them again and again. They also let you know what you might expect if you delay any certain repairs or recommendations, but it is for your knowledge, not a pressure/sales pitch.

Finding a good car repair shop is not easy. Finding an honest one even harder! I would trust these guys for my car maintenance needs any day, and I am grateful for the fine team that works there!

My family has depended on Chang's to repair our cars for over ten years. They always correctly diagnose the problem in our old cars, and expertly fix the problems. The price is always fair, and the service is excellent..

He's my mechanic for 10 years. All I have to do is call him and he comes in all the time. He always treats me just like the other customers and that's just great. If there's a problem, he takes care of it right away. They're very good and he does everything. They're pretty reasonable and I never had any troubles.

We take all 3 of our vehicles to them for regular service and emergency service. Great service and nice people.

I spent about $500 for the last service and the work done by them was excellent. I have recommended them to several people. They do a good job and they use quality parts. They mainly use a particular company’s parts on everything if it’s available there. I have been using their services for probably about 4 years now. I would be getting new brakes this summer and so, I will be going to see them again.
