This is a very professional company. The gentleman who came to repair the generator did so quickly, and then explained how the generator works and what I need to do to keep it running efficiently. I subsequently signed up for their maintenance service contract as I feel confident in their keeping it working for me when I will need it to work during a power outage..

This was for an estimate on the work to be done. I am buying the house and won't be closing on it until the end of March. After that has been done, they will be coming out to perform some maintenance on the generator and get it up and running. They also provide me with a name of a company to come out and inspect the propane gas tanks for the generator. I was very please with the service I received and looking forward to there service call probably in April.

We had a small conflict on gen site, they should have visited the site prior to starting the project.

"Since all we are doing is just replacing the current generator with a like generator of type and size, no site visit was necessary. However, if the gen was to be relocated then a site visit would have been required. It is nothing more than an exchange with modification of electrical."

Matt Vainum was awesome. Very knowledgeable about generators, and he shared some great tips for stopping the rust on the outer case and on maintenance of the unit. The cost for the maintenance was less than half of what I was quoted for the same maintenance by several other companies, and replacing two spark plugs and the oil, plus a new battery that I provided, cost nothing extra. I definitely plan to use them again and would recommend them highly.
