We had him do $5,000 worth of landscape to our home 3 months ago and now the plants are rotting and planted to deep. I have tried to contact him and he ignores my calls. He also talked me out of my bike as a bonus. Toward the end of the job he acted like he was tired of being there. The sprinkler system has been operating poorly since he left also.

One word I could use for them is wonderful. They know a lot about different sprinkler repairs. The workers will tell you exactly what the problems are and it does not take them too long to get the work done. They offer great service.

He brought out the wrong rock. I told him that he needed to take them back and get the ones I wanted. This was a fight to return the white rocks. After 3 weeks and many unanswered calls he came back w/ the right rocks and a bill for $500.00 more. I felt pressured into accepting the rocks to complete the work. I informed him and he stated that it was more labor and work. Even though I had a written estimate he still charged me. I fought him on this and he did not relent and stated the cost of man hours and cost of the rock. Even though I had told from the start what I wanted. I called him to come out and look at the plants that were not looking well and were covered by the warranty. He said he would come out the next day, never called never showed. I have called him multiple times with no response. When I finally got in touch w/ him, he was rude, abrasive and hung up on me.

"She was extremely happy with the landscape job. She 1st contacted me about the plants April 23rd, 11 days from the 1 yr warranty ending. I went by the house, the plants were very much alive, but small, due to no maintenance (watering, fertilizer, trimming). She expects the plants to take care of themselves after 1 yr. The plants were small due to lack of care, but not dead. She failed to tell you the extra $500 cost was added on for rocks on the side of her house she wanted (after the contract was agreed to). As she stated I was landscaping the front only, not the sides. She is not being honest. I have been in business for 25 yrs, my reputation is great. As for her comment on hanging up, this is true. She was the rude, abrasive, slandering one on the phone. She was yelling and screaming so to diffuse a bad situation, I hung up on her. As for her estimate, an estimate is just that, an estimate. You can't see ahead until the job is completed. All companies give an estimate, this contract wasn't a quote. My clients love me and I did right by her."
