I REALLY WASN'T THAT INVOLVED. HE CAME IN, DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AND REPAIRED IT. HE ANSWERED THE CALL WHEN I CALLED HIM, AND HE CAME RIGHT OUT AND TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM.
