Technicians were on time, courteous, and kept their work area clean. Mr. Barnes stopped by several times. The kpb was completed within the time we were told and with very little inconvenience to us.

It has to happen, the AC goes out in the heat of August. I called Barnes this morning and they committed to an appointment this afternoon! The technician arrived not just on time, but a bit earlier than committed. He quickly got to work. By the time I went to see how he was doing, he had identified the problem, implemented a fix and was testing the system to ensure it was functioning fully!!This is the second time we haved used Barnes Heating and Air Conditioning and had similar results before. Definitely will call on them again and recommend to others.

The completed the job in one long day with a couple of guys, came back to check on it and did a couple of tweaks making sure the setting were right for my old house.

They are better than anybody else with general Air Conditioning servicing. They know the system, how to fix and service it. I have been using them for 6-7 years now and they ve always been very prompt with taking care of any problems that I ve had.
