Have used B & C for over 25 years. Bob has allways been very professional and on-time. In my 25+ years using B & C, I have never had to call them back to retreat, what they do works.

We have been using B and C Pest for over 18 years and would give B and C 6 stars if possible. How often can you say that you have used a company for that long and never had a complaint? Previously we went through 4 companies in 5 years who couldn't kill the bugs with monthly or quarterly visits and who used chemicals that made me sick after each visit. B and C was a very welcome change. A yearly pest control where the chemicals don't make me sick and the only bugs I ever see are dead ones. Bob guarantees his work and if you have a problem he comes back at no additional charge. In all that time, we have only had to call him twice, once when he first started and was treating previous issues and then after we moved and again he was taking care of and quot;pre-Bob issuesand quot;. Fast, professional, friendly service at a very reasonable price scheduled to your convenience and NO BUGS. Why use anyone else?

Bob always does an excellent job and then I don't have to worry about the pest for a year.
He always does an outside treatment, as well as an inside treatment.
Prices are great and the job is always great.
I would recommend Band C Pest Control to anyone who is looking for a once-a-year treatment.

They are specialized in each different kind of bugs and it is different service for each one. For silver fish they don't spray but they have bait put out. They sprayed outside the house and keep the roaches and insects out. He sprayed inside and in the kitchen as we have bugs. They sprayed throughout the house with pesticides. He told me how long it would take to work and for the roaches it takes 30 days before it takes full effect and for the other bugs it will take 2 weeks until it takes full effect. The bugs take the poison back to other bugs and share the poison. It was reasonable as far as the market goes. Regarding the quality of the work it will take a while until it takes full effect. He told me upfront what to expect, his expertise, knowledge and history as a person treating bugs and I appreciate all that.

We have been using 'Bob the Bug Guy' for about 15 years. Previous to hiring him for annual service we tried both monthly and quarterly services and continued to have issues with pests. As well as being sick after each application. I was hesitant to try an annual service, but he guaranteed to return if we had problems during the year without additional charge. I have never become sick after our annual service and in 15 years we have only had to call him out twice for new issues. He is prompt and responsive and the bugs obviously hate him. But, we love him!

He is outstanding and overall a great guy. We have been using him for the last 10 years and have been pleased with his work. I have referred him to family and friends.

I have a year contract with them. Nice guy. Good work. He came back when I asked him.

They are very thorough and they give me ant bait, etc. to put down. I have also been able to call them back if needed to through the years at no extra charge. I would recommend Bob, his service stands out. If I do have a problem I can call and he will try an work it into the schedule that day or the following day. He's frequently early and very professional. The service is way we have stayed with them for years.

Bob was actually early and started his application. He thoroughly explained what he was doing. He is very professional and likes to get to know his customers on a personal level.

Bob really does a great job. He makes you feel like he is family coming over to help. He is wonderful. He knows my phobia of bugs and if there was a bug in the vacinity he was there the next day to help us with the problem. He is just so good at what he does.
