The project took months longer than originally quoted. The quality of work was less than expected for the price. Areas of flooring grout are already cracking and it’s been completed for only 18 months.

Awful. Did terrible work, didn’t level the floor first. Many tiles are not level. Left a mess. Set off my ADT medical alert while I was gone because workers weren’t paying attention because they were going to fast. Troy said he’d take care of any thing that was wrong and then refused to fix even the big mistakes.

Fantastic job, 1600 square feet completed in 3 days. Very happy with the entire process.

Troy has been an awesome contractor. Any issue that we had he would address completely and make sure we were happy. Most of his crew were awesome and those who did not perform he quickly removed them. He was challenged with our Job as we added several things to his plate during the construction. He remodeled our Kitchen, complete bathrooms, all new paint, removed popcorn ceilings, and new tile. He had a tight deadline and we were very close to keeping the deadline. We went over but that was mostly because we added things. We would highly recommend Troy and Jen anytime! He will not disappoint you and his communication is impeccable.

The project went very well. Super fast response to request for quote as well as from demo of existing flooring to installation of new flooring and cabinets. And it all looks GREAT!

Everything went perfectly from the initial meeting to the completion of the job the gentleman of the crew were exactly that gentleman they treated my home as if it was theirs they maintained a neat job site both inside and outside the house and removed all the old carpeting underlay I could not say more they were excellent. I highly recommend this company a wonderful job a great experience!
