John came out and added freon to my AC unit. It is cooling the house now.

Dave was very professional and informative.  He explained how the test worked to find duct leaks and the procedure to repair the leaks. The duct test was done on a scheduled day. He arrived at the designated time. The repair was then scheduled for a set date. Dave arrived at scheduled time. I was informed where the leaks were and within 2 1/2 hrs. he was done. He cleaned up and made sure he didn't track things into the house. I received a drawing of my duct system with area's marked for leaks and repair.

Job was done in a timely fashion with honesty and professionalism.

In 2010 we had Don and his crew replace our old heating and cooling unit and repair our duct work to be more energy efficient. We were very impressed with how honest Don was with us. He told us what we would need and how much it would cost. He didn't push or try to sell us something we didn't need. The work was completed when they said it would be and the guys showed up 10 minutes sooner than they said they would! The unit works great (lowered our bills) and is quieter than our old unit.
When our system started not cooling as well as it used to we called Advanced Energy Services. Once again, Don was honest about what was needed for our system - a recharge and double check of ductwork - we were relieved. Allergies are an issue in our family and Don had suggestions regarding the system to help us control the indoor allergens.
This a great company. Their people are honest, courteous, and professional. When they leave your home you feel comfortable that the job was done correctly and you were charged a fair price. They are the only heating and air company our family trusts.
