I post reviews only when services or products that, in some small measure, exceeds appropriate expectations. Minimum of 5 stars for the family owned and operated Adcock Roofing and Sheet Metal. For this Roof replacement project, I received four quotes, one national company and three local businesses. I chose Adcock Roofing. Drew Adcock and his entire office staff, hat tip to Marjie, and his field crews, were professional and responsive to all my questions, and completed the project on time and on budget. I can, without hesitation, highly recommend Adcock Roofing and Sheet Metal. They will not disappoint. Cheers to all!

Adcock roofing came highly recommended to me by my next door neighbor. The day they were scheduled to perform the service, they showed up early, they were all very professional. Andy and Margie, went out of their way to fit my job within their booked up schedule to accommodate my needs. Their price is reasonable and their service is great.

It was excellent. He said he would be out that day and came. Said it could be done that day and just repaired it right then. He is very reasonable and honest. I have had no problems since them so I will continue recommending him to people.

Very courteous, profession. Did the job in two day. It rained the first day, so they had to quit early, but they were very concerned about covering the roof with tarps and that there were no leaks. Very happy with the service. I used them in 2005. There was a minor problem with one of the vents not being right. They fixed it 7 years later at no charge.

They do a good job, but they are very busy due to repairs in the area that need to be done.

I have used Adcock roofng for aproximately 25 years. They were always extremely professional punctual and have stood behind their work. I have never had issues with their workmanship however I have had limbs puncture my roof and Mr. Adcock responded within hrs. (on a Sunday morning)to repair at no charge. Adcock roofing is the only roofing company that I know of that garuntee's their work 100% for as long as you own your home.

It took them awhile to get out here but they did a good job. We had a lot of rain at the time so that probably slowed them down. They treated me very professionally when they came out to do the work. They didn't call us to tell us what was going on, we had to call them.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND AVAILABLE. A LOT OF THE COMPANIES DIDN'T EVEN RETURN PHONE CALLS. SOMEBODY WAS ALWAYS THERE TO TALK TO. I STILL HAVE A SMALL LEAK, BUT I DON'T KNOW IF IT'S THEIR FAULT OR NOT. I'D SAY OVERALL IT WAS PRETTY GOOD.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE WORKERS. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS. WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE ROOF TURBINES, AND THEY REPLACED THEM FOR FREE. I HAD TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM, BUT THEY WERE ON TIME. THEY WOULD START AT 8 IN THE MORNING. THEY WERE THERE RIGHT AT 8.

THEY WERE GOOD. THEY WERE ON TIME, FAST, AND CLEAN. WE HAD A REQUEST FOR SOMETHING THAT THEY PUT IN THE WRONG SPOT AND NEVER CAME OUT TO REPAIR. WE WANTED SOMETHING TO DIVERT THE WATER OVER ONE OF THE AREAS OF THE ROOF, AND THEY PUT IT ON THE WRONG SIDE OF THE HOUSE.

THE COMPANY EMPLOYEE GAVE US A GOOD PRICE TO FIX THE PROBLEM. WE HAD EXPECTED TO REPLACE THE ENTIRE ROOF BUT ONLY A VALLEY NEEDED REPAIRS. THE CREW SHOWED UP AND FIXED THE PROBLEM QUICKLY.
