A Sun State Trees, Inc.

It took three months to finish their job since the contract was established. They don't keep the schedule. The quality of job is very disappointing and very unprofessional. Although they provide the cheapest quote, I do not recommend this company.

They showed up on time as promised. Did a great job and totally cleaned up the debris.

Wonderful crew of 6 men came and did an amazing job of tree and stump removal . They were here early morning and finished by noontime. Would definitely recommend this company for tree service.

Did a great job

The worker does a quick job but the stomp grinding still needs to be done after two months of cut down the tree. I call the company and they said they are short of staff .definitely will not hire this company again if I want the job completed

They gave us a great price... showed up, but then they left all the cut trees in my backyard. They Stated they would be back. 1 week later, trees were still in my back yard , and the cut up chunks still in front yard. They did come back again after calling, but said they could not get the machine in the back to remove logs. Again, No one showed. I called the office and was told I needed to reach out to original sales person. Why did I need to do this? I did call and our salesman came over right away. He was shocked the trees were still there. He had a crew back cutting up the tree that day. They moved the cut-up tree to the front, along with the rest that still was not picked up. Told me they would be back that day or the next. Again, NO ONE SHOWED. Placed another call and made complaint. Asked for OWNER TO CALL ME. Wood was finally picked up. The owner hasnâ t called me. Why did it take 2 weeks for the job to be done? We paid on day of service.

They were prompt and cleaned up nicely after the job was done.

Out of three estimates they were the cheapest, but by far their work was superior!! Did a wonderful detailed job. Would highly recommend!

I just used A Sun State Trees Inc. to trim my really tall palm trees. I worked with Alejandro to get a quote which I thought was very fair and they fit me in their schedule that same day. The crew worked fast and efficiently. They cleaned everything up so nicely. Thanks Alejandro. You and your team are great to work with.

They gave me an estimate, scheduled in a timely fashion, showed up, did the work, did the work efficiently (cannot believe they did the job as fast as they did). I asked for some "tweaks" during final walk thru which were done "with a smile". I have had nightmare experience with other companies so I am so happy and relieved. They will be added to my goto (and recommend to friends and family) list.

His clean up crew was aggressive towards the homeowner, unprovoked and threatened to damage my yard, unprofessional...

Communication was a little confusing. It turned out great though. Quality of work was great. Clean up was great and work was done in less time than expected.

Dave was our sales guy and he was terrific - great guy, excellent communication and follow up. The job was big - 4 laurel oaks were removed after an independent arborist report (non sun state) and the crew did an excellent and safe job taking them down. A couple of issues were left - grindings and some landscaping issues and they sent a guy named Joe to fix them. This guy was great. Super attentive and hard working. His follow through was fantastic and very appreciated. Thanks guys!

I had 2 old and overgrown trees nearly 50ft tall and they professional raised and trimmed them in approximately 2 hrs, took the cuttings with them and left the area in great shape afterward. I would definitely hire them again.

They were terrible did not finish the job had to hire someone else to finish the job will not be paying for their services I cancelled my credit card and will dispute it!!!! Do not use this company I called them 3 times and they kept telling me the boss is not here so I am done.
