A-BJ'S APPLIANCE REPAIR

It was TERRIBLE. They didn't show up when promised for 3 days straight, causing me to miss a full day of work and 1/2 a Saturday. Never showed up on day 1. They arrived on day 2 with no parts, but requested either 100% payment up front or 50% deposit. They arrived hours late on day 3 and changed the hose. 1 week later, a different problem crept up. We opened up the washer and saw that the pump had not been bolted back down after replacing the hose and had fallen over, making it unable to work. In addition, the hose that was replaced was the wrong hose and was "made to fit." It was already being cut by the housing of the washer. After calling and leaving messages daily for over a week, they finally called back and said the refund had been approved for the $160.50 paid for a hose replacement that had to be redone by someone else. I am still waiting for the check. Will NEVER use again. Will advise everyone I meet to never use them.
