The roofers showed up on time when promised each morning and cleaned up after themselves daily. They did a good job overall. We're generally please with how it turned out. The roofing inspector pointed out a couple of things that they could have done to make it a better job and prevent future problems, specifically areas that they could have done something to redirect water to prevent future leaks. While the work they did was up to code, neither the estimator nor the workmen offered any additional repairs to prevent such problems. We would rather have paid an extra $200 or $300 now to prevent more expensive repairs in the future. But the roof looks good and we don't have any more leaks right now, so overall we're pleased. The only other complaint would be that they blasted their music really loudly, which was a little unprofessional and annoying but doesn't really affect the quality of the roof.

They did what they had proposed and what we had agreed to. They honored their cost estimate, even though their work back log was between nine and ten months, from the time of their estimate. The extra work performed (which could not be determined until the old roof was stripped off)was very reasonably priced.

IT WAS FINE. THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS. THEY GOT HERE, AND THEY CLEANED IT ALL OFF AND DID THEIR WORK. THEY HAULED ALL OF THEIR GARBAGE AWAY. THEY DID IT QUICK. I DID NOT EVEN FIND ANY NAILS LAYING AROUND. THEY JUST GOT IT DONE.
