 + -1 moreDue to this company's poor customer service and unreliability, this company's services were no longer wanted.
Description of Work: Creative Craftsman aka Eddie's Sod proved to unreliable and unprofessional. Despite a signed proposal, the company failed to schedule sod installation or return calls requesting that this be done. Finally, after two months, the company called to ask if I still wanted sod installed. There was no explanation or apology for its rude customer service. Worse, an irrigation system was purchased and installed which turned out to be a waste of money as the lawn it was intended for was never replaced.

 + -1 moreApproximately one yard of dirt was brought to my back yard and the hole was filled and the dirt compacted neatly. Eddie even took the time to finish the job by raking the area over with mulch. Very good job, Eddie.
Description of Work: I wanted to fill in a hole created when I removed a pond liner in the back yard. Although it was Sunday, I left a message, expecting a call back on Monday. Eddie called me back that very day and arranged to do the work on Monday.

 + -1 moreEDDIE IS PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, RELIABLE AND FRIENDLY. MY HUSBAND I ARE EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE WORK DONE. CREATIVE CRAFTSMAN WAS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY A NEIGHBOR WHO HAD EXTENSIVE YARD RECONSTRUCTION DONE.
Description of Work: NUMEROUS TREES, ROOTS AND BRUSH WERE REMOVED. FILL DIRT DELIVERED AND SPREAD. LOT CLEARED AND GRADED FOR SOD INSTALLATION.
