Rex Keene, along with another worker, cleared my back yard as promised. They had to use a bobcat to do the work as it was too much to be done manually. I had a few small piles of sod stacked up on the side of my home that they were asked to remove as well. (SMALL being the key word) I assumed the men would work together, using a wheelbarrow and a shovel, and have it removed in no time at all. I just recently had a long, brick pavered sidewalk installed that runs from my driveway to the back of my home. The space between this particular side of my home and the fence that runs along side of it is pretty narrow. Rather than manually remove the sod, Rex Keene decided to drive the bob cat up along my new sidewalk (brick pavered) so it would be "easier". The bobcat completely destroyed the pavered sidewalk that I just paid a fortune for. The bricks buckled and the cement that runs along the side of the pavers has been cracked and is coming apart. Many of the bricks are loose and uneven. Much of the sidewalk has to be taken apart and redone. I have called Rex Keene a few times, but he neither answers his phone nor returns my phone calls. He has cashed his check and refuses to take any responsiblity for the damage he has done.
