He's very thorough, he supplies you with a notebook with all the different things that he's gone through. It tells the condition they're in, and whether you'd want to consult someone else depending on the condition. At the back of the notebook there is something written by someone in home improvement, and it teaches you about home maintenance and gives some tips on different things. He's very prompt and thorough, and I was very pleased with him.
