Contractor estimated job and was in the middle pricewise. Had a list of references and we called those. He and his crews were punctual and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves daily. No trash was left piled in the yard as you sometimes see. There was a nominal deposit with payments due as portions of the job were completed. The last payment was made after the final inspection. Am very pleased with this company and would recommend them to anyone for room additions, bath and other remodeling work.
