Description of Work: Wanted a price for a 300 sqft addition (wood frame house) to add a bath and master bedroom.Price received from this contractor was $173.00 per sqft. Way out of whack. And that did not include any interior finishes (we were going to do that.The Gentlemen that came to the house were nice, responsive, polite, prompt, very knowledgeable. Everything you'd want in a contractor. But the price was so high, it left me with the feeling that they didn't really want the work, so they overbid.

 + 0 moreHe is real nice guy, easy to talk to. He did a good job. He is very fair in his pricing and a great guy. I would use him in the future.
Description of Work: Whitman Contractor Inc replaced the wall, made a door, cut out a hole to fit the door and did some cleaning.

 + -1 moreContractor estimated job and was in the middle pricewise. Had a list of references and we called those. He and his crews were punctual and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves daily. No trash was left piled in the yard as you sometimes see. There was a nominal deposit with payments due as portions of the job were completed. The last payment was made after the final inspection. Am very pleased with this company and would recommend them to anyone for room additions, bath and other remodeling work.
Description of Work: Added room addition to my home. Included block construction, shingled roof, windows and sliding glass door to patior. Also included was electric, air conditioning, and all finish work in and out.
