What sets me apart is that I am the owner, the license holder and I am always on every job with over 30 years electrical experience. You will never have to deal with anyone but me concerning pricing, invoicing and service work unlike other competitors. You will have an unlimited communication source directly to me via cell phone which I carry at all times. I am experienced in all phases of construction, including building, kitchen, bath, whole home remodeling, plumbing (water heater), heating, air conditioning (HVAC). Western Contractors, Inc. is owned and operated by James "Western" Whitley. You will always deal with me 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, on all work performed, invoices and any issue that may arise. I have been an active member of the International Association of Electrical Inspectors and the National Fire Protection Association in North Carolina for many years. Much of my education in the Electrical Industry has been obtained at the North Carolina Electical Institute and through continuing education in my licensed states of North Carolina, Florida and West Virginia. I take great pride in promptness, quality, safety and cleanliness. All of my work is guaranteed to meet and exceed National Electrical Code Standards. During Western Contractors Inc. 22 years in business, I have never had a insurance claim against me on any service performed, no workman's compensation claims against me and I maintain a spotless Better Business Bureau report along with other licensing agencies. I am in good standing with all states that I am licensed in which include Florida, West Virginia and North Carolina. At the present time service call charge for me, the master electrical contractor is $75 per hour with the first hour being $95. Two men, one of which is me, $95 per hour with the first hour $127.50. NO OTHER SERVICE/LABOR CHARGES. WE WILL NEVER USE A SUBCONTRACTOR. HAVE NOT AND WILL NOT.
