Due to a leak from an upstairs water heater we had damage to a large portion of our living area ceiling. Around a 25' by 6' section. Mike was extremely careful to mask off the un-damaged part of the house with plastic. He took down the damaged drywall and replaced it with new drywall. Then he perfectly matched the existing texture which is a knockdown texture. This was one of my biggest concerns that the repair would be obvious and not match the rest of the ceiling. I am still amazed at what an excellent job he did with matching it. I've shown several friends and they are not able to tell where the patch was made. Mike cleaned up after himself every day and was very conscientious about the fact that our lives were upside down with all the damage we had incurred. He was very careful to keep the work area separated from the rest of the house with plastic. He did an excellent job and I would, and have, hired him again in a second. I wouldn't even consider calling anyone else. Recently Mike repaired a stucco column for us also. He is prompt and courteous and returns calls...which is a rarity these days!
