They where awesome and showed me how to hook the tank up and showed me everything on the grill I was very pleased with them everyone is so polite and very helpful over there I would definitely recommend everyone I know and others to purchase their grill and other items The best part is my grill has 10 year warranty and it was free delivery ???

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!! I purchased an expensive Webber grill, and a rotisserie, from Wave Pools because I wanted to support local business. I also felt that I would get better service from a little guy over a big box store. Boy was I wrong! When I went to install the rotisserie, I discovered they had delivered the wrong one. I called Wave Pools and was told that they did not have to correct rotisserie in stock, that they would order one for me right away, that it would be in within 7-10 days and that they would call me when it arrived. After waiting approximately 5 weeks I called and asked to speak with the owner. I was told that they were too busy and when I questioned the person on the phone he hung up on me. I called back and asked for the name of the person that hung up on me and I was told that they do not give that information out over the phone and then that person hung up on me. I called back a third time and left a message for the owner to give me a call. After the third day without a return call from the owner I decided to simply return the rotisserie and purchase the correct one from another dealer. When I arrived at the store I dealt with the Manager while the owner stood nearby and listened. The manager lied to me on numerous occasions, and even called me a liar. After about 20 minutes of lies by the manager the owner finally told him to give me my money back. At that point, the manager told me that if the decision was left to him that he would not give me my money back. What terrible customer service. I will never step foot into Wave Pools again. If you are considering a purchase from these people I suggest take your business to someone that cares about their customer’s. I got much better service from Home Depot when I went there to purchase the replacement rotisserie. I wish I had gone to Home Depot, or Lowes, in the first place.

"We did not notice this on Angie's List until now but the posting from [Member Name Removed] J was copied and pasted to many sites a year ago to try to harm our reputation and this is a copy of our original response on other sites. 9/7/2017 In response to [Member Name Removed] j When [Member Name Removed] called, he had talked to Mary Grayl, co-owner, she asked if she could take a message because we were extremely busy due to the onset of the hurricane Irma with sales of propane, charcoal and pool chemicals etc. She said she would return his call. At this point he became frustrated or? Then his cell phone went dead. When he called back the second time he yelled and used inappropriate language to my employee Diane, all she was trying to do was tell him to talk to the manager, she only hung up on him after he called her the B word. Patrick, the Manager, tried to call him back repeatedly to find out what the problem was, but he refused to answer his phone. The next day he came into the store with a bullying attitude. Patrick, our manager, talked to [Member Name Removed]. He would not give us any information on the grill or rotisserie he claimed he purchased. He had brought in the rotisserie, which was definitely used and had rust on the product, and the rotisserie in pieces. I know for a fact it was at least two years old. Without a return original Weber [Member Information Removed] and no receipt, Patrick then referred to our Weber return policy. This is when he really got obnoxious. We have the STORE VIDEO of him. Not good. All Patrick asked him was please get the receipt. That is when Mary Grayl, the co-owner, told me just to give him money for the used rotisserie."

We shopped around for a new gas grill, and were amazed that Wave Pool could meet or beat prices found at big box stores or even online. Their line of Weber grills offered us many choices, and our purchase price included free delivery and assembly grill at our home. We've used Wave Pool for many years for our pool supplies, so now we know where to go for grill accessories and propane.

THE EDUCATION I HAVE RECEIVED ON HOW TO CARE FOR MY POOL HAS BEEN WORTH THE PRICE ALONE. THEIR SERVICE IS SWIFT AND FAIRLY PRICED AND THEY ALWAYS HAVE A SOLUTION TO ANY PROBLEM. THEY DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL AND MORE. THEY ONLY PLACE IN TOWN FOR POOL HELP.
