"We did not notice this on Angie's List until now but the posting from [Member Name Removed] J was copied and pasted to many sites a year ago to try to harm our reputation and this is a copy of our original response on other sites. 9/7/2017 In response to [Member Name Removed] j When [Member Name Removed] called, he had talked to Mary Grayl, co-owner, she asked if she could take a message because we were extremely busy due to the onset of the hurricane Irma with sales of propane, charcoal and pool chemicals etc. She said she would return his call. At this point he became frustrated or? Then his cell phone went dead. When he called back the second time he yelled and used inappropriate language to my employee Diane, all she was trying to do was tell him to talk to the manager, she only hung up on him after he called her the B word. Patrick, the Manager, tried to call him back repeatedly to find out what the problem was, but he refused to answer his phone. The next day he came into the store with a bullying attitude. Patrick, our manager, talked to [Member Name Removed]. He would not give us any information on the grill or rotisserie he claimed he purchased. He had brought in the rotisserie, which was definitely used and had rust on the product, and the rotisserie in pieces. I know for a fact it was at least two years old. Without a return original Weber [Member Information Removed] and no receipt, Patrick then referred to our Weber return policy. This is when he really got obnoxious. We have the STORE VIDEO of him. Not good. All Patrick asked him was please get the receipt. That is when Mary Grayl, the co-owner, told me just to give him money for the used rotisserie."
