We used Bert approximately ten years ago to paint our house. His work is meticulous. He prefers to use scaffolding rather than a ladder, enabling him to work continuously. Where siding has started to oxidize from sprinkler exposure he carefully scraped oxidized area, then applied a specialty primer coat to insure a proper finish. He replaced fittings on the exterior bahamas-type windows that he had custom-made for us ten years ago, ensuring that they could be properly secured. I recently ( 12/2012) used Bert's services on my warehouse where he did an outstanding job.
