I had them give me a quote for a fence. They were friendly but their quote was a little high. I didn't end up having them do the work.

One problem was that after taking the order, the salesman sat on it for several weeks. I finally had to call the office and ask them when they were going to schedule the work. They explained that they had the order, but the salesman had since left the company. After that, they scheduled the work promptly. I tagged and marked all the underground lines ( Sprinkler, valves, etc), and contacted the utility and cable companies to have them mark their lines. When the USA Fence team ( who were subcontractors) finished the work, I tested out the sprinkler system. One of the main valves that control the sprinkler system was cracked. When I received a bill for the fencing from USA Fence, I called their office and told them that the valves for the sprinkler system were cracked, that it was a $150 bill for the repair, and that they needed to deduct that from the final bill. They made the update, and sent me a bill, which I paid on receipt. I recommend USA Fence, their team did a great job!

WORKERS NOT QUALIFIED, FENCE WAS NOT STRAIGHT, NOT LEVEL, NOT DONE TO SATISFACTION, MANAGER AGREED, CONTRACTED FOR THIS JOB APRIL 05, FENCE INSTALLED JULY 05, IN OCT 05 AFTER CO FILED FOR BANKRUPTCY, AND I REFUSED TO PAY FOR JOB, USA SENT QUALIFIED WORKERS TO RIP OUT FENCE, AND RE-INSTALL. JOB CAME OUT OK. HOWEVER, I WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH ANY USA FENCE DIVISION, AS THEY DO NOT OPERATE FAIR AND SQUARE, ONLY THING SAVED ME, I NEVER PAID, OTHERWISE I WOULD OF LOST ALL MY MONEY, AND BEEN STUCK WITH A SHODDY FENCE.

CAME TO THE HOUSE FOR AN ESTIMATE, WERE VERY NICE. TOLD ME THEY WOULD GET BACK TO ME. THEY NEVER DID. I CALLED THEM, AFTER A WEEK. I WAS TOLD THE SALESPERSON WOULD GET BACK TO ME, TWO WEEKS LATER, NEVER HEARD A WORD.
