U.S. CARPET & UPHOLSTERY

We got email confirmation of the start date and were supposed to get a call that morning with the exact time. It never came so I called them and the new GM said they had some problems and would not arrive until 2PM. At 3PM we got another email saying they would be here the next day. I called an talked with the GM who said someone would be here first thing the next day and the job would be completed in one day. The next day the installer arrived and said it would be a 3 day job not a one day job. The installer was good with his word and the work was completed in the 3 days. The installer was EXCELLENT and the floor came out great.

In the future I would HIGHLY recommend the installer but would do everything I could to avoid the company.

He wasn't able to get the spots out of one of the white sofas, but he was on time and cleaned up completely when he was finished!

Overall I was extremely satisfied with the services.

I've used them a couple of times. They were prompt and inexpensive. The rugs came out clean. I forgot what the guy's name was but typically the gentleman that I talked to was the gentleman that came out. They had called to reconfirm. They were on time and neat.

The carpet was thoroughly cleaned and revitalized. We had an unusal stain that he is continuing to research in order to find a way to remove. David went the extra mile--will definitley use next year!

David returned my call promptly. Came when he said he would. Bought a special soap for my allergies. I am pleased with his work and would hire him again.

David did a great job. He was efficient and knowledgeable. It was nice to have the job done right.

He did an outstanding job on removing the stains and bringing back their color and the stains and pet odors. He told us the issues with the rugs and what was able to be done. He also told us if we were dissatisfied or had any issues to call him.

He arrived as scheduled, gave us a price and began the work. He did a very good job, especially in areas we were concerned with stains and heavy soiling. Good work and a pleasant personality. I would recommend, and will rehire.

Dave was on-time, very polite and pleasant. He even held up the heavy sectional pieces so that I could clean underneath and he cleaned up after himself before he left. I will absolutely call him next time I need upholstery or carpet cleaning and I would recommend U.S. Carpet and Upholstery.

Dave came out to clean my carpets. He showed up about 1-1/2 hours late. When he did start working, he worked hard, and the carpets came cleaner then I thought they would. He was a pleasure to talk to while working.

Very good. Arrived on time, did a good job, and price was very fair.

Dave was punctual, pleasant, courteous and professional. I felt his price was very reasonable. I have used his services before, and each experience has been a good one. I will use him again and again, I'm sure.

Dave did an excellent job on our carpets and vacuumed the stairs at no extra charge. He even adjusted the air conditioning and let the dog out of the bedroom before he left. We would use US Carpet again and recommend them to friends.

DAVE DID AN EXTREMELY GREAT JOB. HE CAME OVER THE SAME DAY WITH 3 FANS. HE ALSO TREATED WITH ANTI-MILDEW TREATMENT. HE CAME BACK A FEW DAYS LATER, AFTER EVERYTHING WAS DRY AND CLEANED THE CARPETS THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE HOUSE. EVERYTHING LOOKS GREAT! DAVE WAS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL, AND PUNCTUAL. HE CALLED WHEN HE WAS RUNNING LATE. WE WERE EXTREMELY PLEASED AND WILL CONTINUE TO USE HIM AND REFER HIM IN THE FUTURE.

MY 9 YEAR OLD LIGHT BERBER CARPET LOOKED LIKE NEW WHEN HE WAS FINISHED.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE USES HIS SERVICES AND HE WAS JUST AS GREAT AS THE FIRST TIME, HE'S EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND DOES A GREAT JOB.
