The truck was not in good shape, and it shook the entire time we drove it. They did not have my truck there when I went to pick it up, and I had it reserved a month in advance. We had to wait several hours for them to locate a truck. It took us three extra days because we could not go over fifty miles an hour. We were not compensated when we returned the truck. We could not pull in anywhere to change trucks because it was a holiday weekend and would have been a hassle having to unload and reload the truck. I was not happy and will not move again on my own I will hire a mover.
