This is our second year using Shawn and again he showed up at exactly 9am as we planned and did a great job. Shawn and Greg were both very professional and got right to work. They were non-smokers, clean and very presentable. Shawn had a vast knowledge of the kinds of things that can stain carpet and what to do if we have a stain next time (don't use chemicals). I would definitely recommend him and use him again.
