+ -1 moreRemoved the wrong window. Installed a non compliant window and did not pull a permit. Brian Johns did agree to replace the window with a code compliant window and pull a permit as required by Pinellas County. He has stopped communicating with our Property Manager . He has lost all credibility.

Description of Work: Water Mitigation - Tried charging insurance company amounts for items that work was not performed. Charging for workers that never showed. Unprofessional on the phone. Total ripoff artist. Your insurance is high because this is the company that rips off the insurance company for work that is not done. NEVER sign anything with these people or have them do any work. there is no supervision and a person will come to your house to get the money, yet they collect for work that was not done. Horrible
