Tracy charged me for hours he didn't work as well as installing the glass backsplash incorrectly-using the wrong adhesive and grout as well as not measuring the width of the refrigerator correctly causing me to order a refrigerator that did not fit and disaalowing me the rebate for the appliance purchase. He was notified by my attorney that we would not be paying him for a portion of the job done incorrectly and he called and harrassed me by phone and sued me in small claims court. I am now in the process of counter suing him for damages.
