 + -1 moreTracy charged me for hours he didn't work as well as installing the glass backsplash incorrectly-using the wrong adhesive and grout as well as not measuring the width of the refrigerator correctly causing me to order a refrigerator that did not fit and disaalowing me the rebate for the appliance purchase. He was notified by my attorney that we would not be paying him for a portion of the job done incorrectly and he called and harrassed me by phone and sued me in small claims court. I am now in the process of counter suing him for damages.
Description of Work: Tracy was hired to remove ceramic tile backsplash and repair walls and replace the ceramic tile backsplash with glass tile in addition to other minor adjustments and repairs in my kitchen.
