went very well first visit they gave me a ride to work the second visit I waited in the waiting room they were prompt. price as quoted both times no UP sell, check tires press, courtesy. the price was less than half of what the dealer was going to charge me for both visits.

They are always great and efficient.

Service was performed in a timely manner, with no problems. They don't turn rotors. They say it is more cost effective to replace them on my Toyota Highlander.

They are excellent. Drop off vehicle, they ring with diagnostic quote. Always very fair and reasonable. They complete work, I pay. Awesome. If there is nothing wrong, like a loose wire, they don't charge. I couldn't recommend highly enough!

Went well. Still hearing some occasional noise from the breaks, 5 months out.

I use them about every six months. The charge is based on what they do. I usually have them do a bumper to bumper inspection. If they find anything wrong I have them take care of it. The quality of the work is very good. What I find is best is to just drop your car off and leave it there for a few days, I usually end up picking up a rental.

Great service! I had my car dropped off by a tow truck and did the estimate over the phone. I paid exactly their estimate. The work was done a half day faster than estimated. I was very happy with the level of customer service, phone calls were returned, all my questions were well answered, and they called me with updates. They installed a clutch kit that I purchased online and resurfaced the flywheel.

Great-they found problems the dealership missed.Go for the bumper to bumper shop rate and leave the vehicle there overnight. Good work takes time.

Took a week to get in.  They are very busy. Service was performed without incident.  Total time was about a hour in and out.

I told them I did not want the ix since it was going to cost over 300.  So I went to Big John Brake and they checked the calipers and they told me all that was needed was the calipers cleaned and the hoses were not bad. So this is why I am cautious about tommys auto center.

Professional and knowledgeable staff are able to describe exactly how your a/c system works, and what part of it isn't working.  You get a visual demo using their hands, which was very helpful.  These guys sound and act just like the "Car Talk" brothers on NPR.  I had complete confidence in them from the moment I stopped in.  When paying for my service, they reminded me about Triple A discount...How often does THAT happen!  Can't say enough good things about their professional manner, courtesy, and knowledge of my car.  Highly recommend Tommy's and all their staff.
