Very well. Called right away. Very friendly and reasonable. Already told a few people, one who needs to replace their AC.

Very well. Happy with result. Tim Donovan is this business, with some assistants. He answers his cell phone with a "hello" or "this is Tim". He is very direct and no nonsense. Since our system is now on borrowed time, we discussed replacements, and I appreciated his recommendation on a less expensive condenser with essentially same performance, which we had apparently been upsold on 10 years ago.

We have used this service provider at our properties over the past few years.  Very professional, honest, competent and hard working. He has fixed other AC & Heating Co mistakes.  We had bought a property that simple had the wrong thermostat as we thought the unit would need to be replaced $4,000 was handled for $70.  Our personal home $300 part replacement 3 years ago still has our AC Unit running like new.  Very Highly recommended

The price was right although I found out after the fact that he didn?t draw a permit. Everything works and it was a good price but I don?t know if I?d use him again. He cleaned up after himself and he made sure it worked. I had one problem after he left but he came back to fix it.

Tim came in to correct the a/c job that someone else started. We originally used someone who was unlicensed, dishonest, and unresponsive. They took a simple request to replace ductwork and turned it into a domino effect of replacing our entire a/c system - and did not even complete the job. Tim was called in for a second opinion. He was honest and understanding of our situation. He explained what we needed to do, gave us a quote, and completed the job within one day and stuck to his quote. We are relieved that we found him and would recommend him to anyone.

Tim came out within 30 minutes on a Sunday afternoon to repair an inop heater. He went right to the problem, fixed it, and was gone within another 25 minutes. He did excellent job and was very courteous and professional. As a local resident for many years, I would recommend him to anyone. We will use him again.

TIM WAS KIND ENOUGH TO COME OUT ON A HOT SATURDAY NIGHT TO HELP US. HE WAS VERY PLEASANT, HELPFUL, AND FIXED A UNIT THAT HE COULD HAVE JUST TOLD US TO REPLACE ENTIRELY. HIS PRICE WAS EXCELLENT, HE WAS FAST, AND WE WILL ALWAYS USE HIM.

HE TOLD ME HE WAS INJURED AND NOT WORKING AND THAT HE DID NOT HAVE THE RIGHT GEAR TO CLEAN AIR DUCTS. HE SAID TO CALL SEARS, SO I DID.
