He did a great job-found several squirrels in the attic and came back until they were all gone

I talked to him in length over the phone and he said he would use traps and camera's to find the rodent's and remove carcass. He came out and all he did was put decomposing powder in the walls to help with the dead animal. He didn't use traps or even search for the rodent's. He made a hole in the kitchen wall and laid down some powder. He told your tennant to go Home Depot and get some traps.
