I rarely had to do anything but write the monthly check, which was exactly what I wanted. No fuss, no muss. I used Dawn for years until I sold my home.

Dawn did a good job at cleaning our pool that was green when we bought the house. For the first few months, she worKed with us with keeping chlorine level low at just enough, per my request due to small kids. We had issue with them not always showing up when season got busy, but we stuck with the service. Unfortunately, this summer service went way down. We had several issues with them overusing the chemicals and my daughter burning her eyes. I mean a week after the service the pool would still reek and be very unpleasant. I talked to dawn after the first incident and she promised to get it under control. Unfortunately, a month later we had another instance of our daughter getting in the pool three days after the service, screaming and unable to open her eyes for two hours after, me calling pediatrician - real mess, we spent that afternoon stressing out and listening to a lot of 'mommy, why does it hurt so much' instead of enjoying our pool with the family like we planned. Needless to say, we had to cancel the service. We use pool every day in summer and need a reliable service, so this company haven't worked for us.

I am extremely happy with The Pool Lady. I work very long hours and have no time to do anything with the pool. They do the cleaning, chemicals, maintenance, etc. Dawn keeps me informed of any needed repairs. It is great to have a worry-free service provider like Dawn. My pool always looks great.

I was not happy wiht the service. I have a saltwater pool that requires very little care. The main reason I needed someone was so that my pool got a good scrub and vacuum every week adn the pool systems were taken care of. I was supposed to be serviced every friday but I NEVER was serviced on a Friday. The walls of my pool were not scrubbed and when I double checked the chemical balances at hte pool store they were never accurate.

They deserve A's across the board.

Great! Dawn was the only contractor that responded to my e-mail for service. She was responsive, professional and reliable. She also returned phone calls the same day which is rare for pool companies! Both her and her son Travis took time to answer my millions of questions. I look forward to this being an ongoing relationship.

She did a great job getting the yellow algae out of the pool and bringing the pool back to sparkling clean. After a year or so of Triangle Pool Service doing my pool, it was looking very bad. She gets the work done, with her sons and employees' help, and it is hassle free for me. I told her that I wanted to do nothing about maintaining the pool besides writing her a monthly check, and she has more than kept her end of the bargain.

Very well, she made daily or visits every other day, until the green pool was cleaned out. The process took about two weeks. I'd say that overall, she charged be about 1/2 of what I expected this to cost. I was surprised and pleased about the frequency and attention of her visits to clear up this problem. I'm happy with her ongoing maintenance, I think she takes great care to keep the chlorine levels low, as I have a toddler using the pool daily.
