He unlocked the car, after making temporary key he made sure both sides of key worked, then he looked up chip type after determining my model year was a transitional one and had more than one type of chipped key. Ricki then selected proper blank for that year, cut blank on selectedte key style, after making sure the new key was recognized by the computer, he cut the second key,
Ricardo then programmed the two keys into the on board computer. after testing both sides of each key , for propper operation, he then programmed the remote operator, I purchased from "The Lock Geeks", , to complete all that I had hired them to do.
After aking sure he had cleaned, and left all the parts of my car he had accessed, in the same condition, or better than he had found them, I gladly handed him my check! for the amount on the invoice, he just prepared for me.
This is a professional organization, with trained personnel, that reflect well their employer, Robert Mcalister's, Technical education and skills, from John the shop expediter and personell coordinator, to the field technicians, like Ricardo. All are well experienced professionals, with decades of acquired skills to bring your problem to a successful conclusion.
I would use them, recommend them and be happy I did, for they they turned my delema into a Happy Labor Day Weekend.

I called them mid morning this morning- I was offered an afternoon appointment and they arrived at the end of the two hour window- they did give us a call to let us know he had car trouble-

Answered call immediately and was at my house within two hours. Made a replacement keyless entry transponder and extra key for a Mazda CX-9 since I lost both of my transponders. Took about an hour to make the transponder and key and did it for quoted price. Saved us over $150 and an extra day over what the dealership quoted me. Would recommend these guys to anyone!

We called him and got an estimate, got board to approve, and scheduled the work. He did not show up at agreed time but he called to let us know. Took a littlt longet than he estimated to do wor. Everything works great and we have recommended him to several church members.
